Two new ways to smooth your 3D Prints. Get rid of those pesky Print Lines!

An attempt to build the (world's first?) aluminum FGC-9! My journey to create an all metal FGC-9 from scratch at home.

Why use ABS to print an FGC-9? Why not PLA? How to successfuly print an FGC-9 in ABS.

Initial tentative testing...and full live round testing of my newly completed ABS FGC-9. Though it is far easier to print a project like this in PLA or PETG, ABS is (in my opinion) a superior material. I had numerous failures due to warping, shrinking, etc while printing this but it was worth the effort. I have plans to go MUCH further with this project so...stay tuned!!

Update on my ABS FGC-9 and how I successfully created my rifling mandrel. I had a lot of difficulty getting the mandrel printed and threaded with copper wire. Tips and modifications I made that helped me succeed.
